The inaugural Mediation Masterclass (Masterclass 1), offered in collaboration with the Government Law College, Ernakulam, and the Kerala High Court Advocates’ Association, is a 60-hour course that combines the foundational and intermediate levels. It is designed for junior lawyers (with less than seven years’ PQE) and senior law students who are new to the law and practice of mediation.

WHO MAY APPLY?

The applicant must be a
-
junior lawyer (with less than seven years’ PQE); or
-
senior law student (who has completed at least eight semesters of the LLB)
AND new (beginner level) to the law and practice of mediation.

a foundational understanding of law;
-
working proficiency in both English and Malayalam; and
-
access to a personal computing device (preferably a laptop) with a stable internet connection.
