MEDIATION PRACTICE READINESS PATHWAY
The Mediation Practice Readiness Pathway (MPRP) is designed to bridge the gap between training and independent practice. We aim to ensure that participants can handle mediation processes independently and work within existing legal and institutional frameworks.
Under MPRP, we place participants in supervised, real-world settings through partnerships with law firms and mediation institutions. Participants are exposed to live mediation processes across different types of disputes. Selected participants may also be offered structured internships with the Society, enabling closer engagement with its mediation work and programmes.
We focus on learning through practice and feedback. Participants take part in case debriefs, receive guidance from experienced mediators, and develop core skills such as communication, neutrality, process management, and handling complex situations.
