Professional Development
Our professional development programmes are designed to build competent mediation professionals, including mediators and mediation advocates, and to ensure that they remain professionally updated and ready to take on diverse roles within the mediation ecosystem.
These programmes are primarily intended for lawyers and senior law students. We also extend participation to other relevant professionals whose work intersects with conflict resolution.
We often deliver these programmes through collaborations with academic institutions and professional bodies.

Our training framework is structured as an integrated pathway, comprising three core components:
Mediation Masterclass Our flagship training programme is delivered across three levels: Foundational (a deeper understanding of theory, law, and practice), Intermediate (a series of mini-workshops designed to facilitate learning by doing), and Professional (an advanced-level training that leads to accreditation).
Mediation Practice Readiness Pathway A supervision-based progression that enables trained mediators to transition into independent practice, providing exposure to real-life mediation processes and guided professional development.
Mediation Conversations A platform for mediation enthusiasts that supports continuing education, peer learning, and exposure to diverse perspectives. These sessions bring together speakers and practitioners from across the world and are conducted both online and offline.
Together, these components form a cohesive and practice-oriented training ecosystem that supports the development of effective mediation professionals.
